  • ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਿਰਮੁ ਚਖਾਇਆ ਭੁਖ ਨ ਖਾਣੁ ਪੀਅਣੁ ਅੰਨੁ ਪਾਣੀ॥

    गुरमुखि पिरमु चखाइआ भुख न खाणु पीअणु अंनु पाणी॥

    Guramukh Piram Chakhaeia Bhukh N Khan Peean Ann Panee||

    The gurmukh having tasted the joy of love feels no desire for food and ink.

  • ਸਬਦ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਨੀਂਦ ਉਘੜੀ ਜਾਗਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਖ ਰੈਣਿ ਵਿਹਾਣੀ॥

    सबद सुरति नींद उघड़ी जागदिआं सुख रैणि विहाणी॥

    Sabadh Surath Neenadh Ougharree Jagadhiaan Sukh Rain Vihanee||

    Due to the merger of his consciousness in the Word, he gets no eep and by getting awake, he spends his night delightfully.

  • ਸਾਹੇ ਬਧੇ ਸੋਂਹਦੇ ਮੈਲਾਪੜ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ਪਰਾਣੀ॥

    साहे बधे सोंहदे मैलापड़ परवाणु पराणी॥

    Sahae Badhhae Sonehadhae Mailaparr Paravan Paranee||

    चलणु जाणि सुजाण होइ जग मिहमान आए मिहमाणी॥

    Chalan Jan Sujan Hoe Jag Mihaman Aeae Mihamanee||

  • ਸਚੁ ਵਣਜਿ ਖੇਪ ਲੈ ਚਲੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਗਾਡੀ ਰਾਹੁ ਨੀਸਾਣੀ॥

    सचु वणजि खेप लै चले गुरमुखि गाडी राहु नीसाणी॥

    Sach Vanaj Khaep Lai Chalae Guramukh Gaddee Rahu Neesanee||
