• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਦ ਜੀਵੈ ਨਹੀ ਮਰਤਾ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी सद जीवै नही मरता ॥

  Breham Giaanee Sadh Jeevai Nehee Marathaa ||

  The God-conscious being lives forever, and does not die.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਅਨਾਥ ਕਾ ਨਾਥੁ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी अनाथ का नाथु ॥

  Breham Giaanee Anaathh Kaa Naathh ||

  The God-conscious being is the helper of the helpless.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਸਭ ਊਪਰਿ ਹਾਥੁ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी का सभ ऊपरि हाथु ॥

  Breham Giaanee Kaa Sabh Oopar Haathh ||

  The God-conscious being extends his hand to all.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਜੀਅ ਕਾ ਦਾਤਾ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी मुकति जुगति जीअ का दाता ॥

  Breham Giaanee Mukath Jugath Jeea Kaa Dhaathaa ||

  The God-conscious being is the Giver of the way of liberation of the soul.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी पूरन पुरखु बिधाता ॥

  Breham Giaanee Pooran Purakh Bidhhaathaa ||

  The God-conscious being is the Perfect Supreme Being, who orchestrates all.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਸਗਲ ਅਕਾਰੁ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी का सगल अकारु ॥

  Breham Giaanee Kaa Sagal Akaar ||

  The God-conscious being owns the entire creation.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਆਪਿ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੁ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी आपि निरंकारु ॥

  Breham Giaanee Aap Nirankaar ||

  The God-conscious being is himself the Formless Lord.

• ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੀ ਸੋਭਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਬਨੀ ॥

  ब्रहम गिआनी की सोभा ब्रहम गिआनी बनी ॥

  Breham Giaanee Kee Sobhaa Breham Giaanee Banee ||

  The glory of the God-conscious being belongs to the God-conscious being alone.

• ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਰਬ ਕਾ ਧਨੀ ॥੮॥੮॥

  नानक ब्रहम गिआनी सरब का धनी ॥८॥८॥

• ਜੀਅ ਕੀ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਹੋਇ ਸੁ ਗੁਰ ਪਹਿ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ਕਰਿ ॥

  जीअ की बिरथा होइ सु गुर पहि अरदासि करि ॥

  Jeea Kee Birathha Hoe S Gur Pehi Aradhas Kar ||

  When your soul is feeling sad, offer your prayers to the Guru.

• ਛੋਡਿ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਸਗਲ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਅਰਪਿ ਧਰਿ ॥

  छोडि सिआणप सगल मनु तनु अरपि धरि ॥

  Shhodd Sianap Sagal Man Than Arap Dhhar ||

  Renounce all your cleverness, and dedicate your mind and body to Him.

• ਪੂਜਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਪੈਰ ਦੁਰਮਤਿ ਜਾਇ ਜਰਿ ॥

  पूजहु गुर के पैर दुरमति जाइ जरि ॥

  Poojahu Gur Kae Pair Dhuramath Jae Jar ||

  Worship the Feet of the Guru, and your evil-mindedness shall be burnt away.

• ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਭਵਜਲੁ ਬਿਖਮੁ ਤਰਿ ॥

  साध जना कै संगि भवजलु बिखमु तरि ॥

  Sadhh Jana Kai Sang Bhavajal Bikham Thar ||

  Joining the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, you shall cross over the terrifying and difficult world-ocean.

• ਸੇਵਹੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਦੇਵ ਅਗੈ ਨ ਮਰਹੁ ਡਰਿ ॥

  सेवहु सतिगुर देव अगै न मरहु डरि ॥

  Saevahu Sathigur Dhaev Agai N Marahu Ddar ||

  Serve the True Guru, and in the world hereafter, you shall not die of fear.

• ਖਿਨ ਮਹਿ ਕਰੇ ਨਿਹਾਲੁ ਊਣੇ ਸੁਭਰ ਭਰਿ ॥

  खिन महि करे निहालु ऊणे सुभर भरि ॥

  Khin Mehi Karae Nihal Oonae Subhar Bhar ||

  In an instant, he shall make you happy, and the empty vessel shall be filled to overflowing.

• ਮਨ ਕਉ ਹੋਇ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ॥

  मन कउ होइ संतोखु धिआईऐ सदा हरि ॥

  Man Ko Hoe Santhokh Dhhiaeeai Sadha Har ||

  The mind becomes content, meditating forever on the Lord.

• ਸੋ ਲਗਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਕਰਮੁ ਧੁਰਿ ॥੬॥

  सो लगा सतिगुर सेव जा कउ करमु धुरि ॥६॥

  So Laga Sathigur Saev Ja Ko Karam Dhhur ||6||

  He alone dedicates himself to the Guru*s service, unto whom the Lord has granted His Grace. ||6||
